Hillsdale Emerald Cottage

This small cottage was a bonus space for my client. Originally a garage, we converted it into an additional rental space on their property. The main focus was to create a stunning open-concept living area upstairs where you feel like you are perched amongst the trees. This design featured an open kitchen, wide plank oak floors, a herringbone countertop, and a beautiful emerald green vaulted ceiling.

Downstairs we built it out entirely to be a spacious bedroom suite with a luxury spa bathroom. Utilizing some tricks of the trade we were able to come in under budget but still make an awesome statement in the space.
