When I first walked through the front door, I found a home full of personality but in need of a fresh perspective. Years of colorful finishes and dated design had hidden its true potential. The goal wasn't to erase its history but rather to uncover its charm while transforming it into a bright, modern home that would appeal to long-term renters for years to come.

Because this was a long-term rental renovation, every design decision had to balance style, durability, and budget. I focused on timeless materials, light and airy finishes, and a neutral color palette that allows future tenants to easily envision making the space their own. By investing where it mattered most and making thoughtful, cost-effective updates throughout, I created a home that feels elevated without exceeding the renovation budget for my client.

Original architectural details were preserved whenever possible, while outdated layouts and finishes were reimagined for today's lifestyle. Modern lighting, functional living spaces, updated kitchens and bathrooms, and cohesive finishes brought new life to the home without sacrificing the character that made it special in the first place.
