Windham Chalet

This investment property was designed to be out year-round as a short-term rental. It is a two-unit where each unit can be rented separately or together as one whole unit. Therefore the designs had to coordinate, but not compete against each other. Additionally, the unit’s layouts were the same so they both needed to have some sort of distinguishing factor. Designed with high usage in mind, but also a blend of the modern and rustic aesthetic, we created two very enjoyable weekend places to escape to.
