Windham Chalet

This investment property was designed for the purpose of renting it out year around as short term rental. It is a two unit where each unit can be rented separately or together as one whole unit. Therefore the designs had to coordinate, but not compete against each other. Additionally, the unit’s layouts were exactly the same so they both needed to have some sort of distinguishing factor. Designed with high usage in mind, but also a blend of the modern and rustic aesthetic, we created two very enjoyable weekend places to escape to.
