This investment property was designed for the purpose of renting it out year around as short term rental. On a very limited budget, this place needed a total revamp. With solid bones, we used as much as we could to preserve the original 70's A-frame style. We just added modern twists and accents to create a sleeker, more high end look. With built in bunk beds, and the original knotty pine walls, we were able to achieve a perfect blend of old and new. This short term rental is consistently booked on Airbnb and one of the area's top performing short term rentals.
