Designed as an Airbnb, these owners wanted to bring a pop of color from their Latin routes, combine it with modern sensibilities, and add a splash of olive wood from the Catskills area. Some of the best designs are blends of different styles and cultures that reflect both the owners and appeal to a broader audience. Not only was this a successful Airbnb, but it sold for a premium price the following year due to its impeccable design.
